Certina Alarm

The Certina Alarm (Ref. 681 3750 41) was the only mechanical alarm wristwatch, ever has been manufactured by Certina. As Movement the proved AS 5008 calibre from manufacturer Anton Schild was used.
This movement actually has a day and date indication, although the day indication was omitted. Both barrels were self-winding.
Various dial versions were available, some two-color too. Some variants had the appliqued Certina logo, Some variants had a dot, others had a triangle as an indicator of alarm. It was available with leather or steel bracelet and cost 1974 425.-- Swiss Francs.
With the crown at 2h you can (in addition to the self-winding) manual winding the watch. To set the date you have to pull the crown at 2h to first the step and turn it in 12h direction. If you pull this crown completely you can set the time.
The Alarm can be (in addition to the self-winding) manual winded with the crown at 4h. To set the alarm, pull crown at 4h and set the alarm time. The alarm time can only be set reverse. Setting forward is inhibited by a free wheel.
To enable or disable the alarm, pull respectively push the crown at 4h.
